Where can I find my product key?

Log in with Discord and open your Keys page. Every key you’ve purchased is listed there together with its setup instructions. Keys are also shown on the order confirmation screen right after checkout.

I have my key — how do I redeem and install the product?

Open your Keys page and expand the key — each product ships with its own step-by-step instructions. For full setup walkthroughs, check your product’s guide under Product Guides on the FAQ page.

My key doesn't work. How can I fix this?

First double-check you copied the full key with no extra spaces. If it still fails, open a ticket in our Discord and the team will verify or replace it — have your order details ready.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery is usually instant: your key appears on the Keys page as soon as payment clears. If it hasn’t shown up within a few minutes, open a ticket on Discord.

What is your refund policy?

Because keys are digital goods, refunds are handled case by case. Open a ticket on Discord with your order details and the team will sort it out.

A product is out of stock — when will it restock?

Restocks happen regularly. Join our Discord for restock announcements, or check back on the store page.

Do you offer help setting up a specific product?

Yes — every product has its own guide under Product Guides on the FAQ page. If you’re still stuck after following it, our Discord support is available 24/7.

I paid but my order shows as pending. What now?

Some payment methods take a few minutes to confirm. If your order is still pending after 15 minutes, open a ticket on Discord and we’ll check it for you.
