Problem:
The driver does not load correctly or your PC crashes with a blue screen during startup.

Solution:

Try the following:

• Disable any antivirus software and anti-cheat programs running on your system.
• Restart your PC after making changes.
• Make sure you are using a supported Windows version.
• If the issue continues, contact support through the customer Discord.

Problem:
Missing DirectX files causing launch issues.

Solution:

• Download and install the latest version of DirectX.

Problem:
The loader gets stuck loading indefinitely.

Solution:

• Disable antivirus software completely (uninstall if needed).
• Remove conflicting anti-cheat software.
• Restart your computer.
• Try moving the loader to a different folder.

System Environment Is Not Securely Set Up

Problem:
The system environment is preventing the loader from running correctly.

Solution:

• Move the loader to another folder.
• Restart your PC.
• Check for conflicting security software.

Problem:
An error appears during the spoofing process.

Solution:

• Update your NVIDIA drivers.
• Make sure your Windows date and time are synchronized.
• If the issue continues, open a support ticket through the customer Discord.

Required Software To Remove

Anti-Cheat Software:

• Vanguard
• FACEIT Anti-Cheat
• ESEA Anti-Cheat

Antivirus Software:

• Kaspersky
• Malwarebytes (only remove if disabling does not fix the issue)

Other antivirus or anti-cheat programs may only need to be disabled.

Error Initializing Requested Game

Problem:
The game fails to initialize.

Solution:

• Disable any VPN.
• Disable firewall restrictions.
• Restart your PC and try again.

Game Crashing

Problem:
The game crashes while running.

Solution:

• Make sure all system requirements are met.
• Check that no conflicting software is running.
• If the issue continues, contact support through the customer Discord.

Error When Launching FiveM or Joining a Server

Problem:
FiveM fails to launch or crashes when connecting to a server.

Restart Your Computer

Disable Windows Defender

Follow the official instructions provided for disabling Windows Defender.

Disable Core Isolation

Go to:

Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation

Turn off Core Isolation and restart your PC.
